These easy to make pickle mixes are super popular. Use cucumbers or other veggies such as zucchini, onion, carrot and add the herb mix plus water and vinegar and sugar if needed. Let rest in the fridge overnight and then enjoy! They will store for up to 6-8 weeks in the refigerator (if they don't get gobbled up first!). The Hot pickles are "zippy". The Dill pickles do not require any sugar so they are very low calorie and healthy. The Bread and Butter pickles take a fair amount of sugar or sweetner.
