orders must include Name, Shipping Address, Phone, Email (if available), and payment.
Orders outside the USA must be paid by international
money order or credit card only.
IMPORTANT: Please order plants and merchandise separately because
we can rarely pack both together in the same shipment. Thanks for understanding!
There are
5 ways you can order:
1. Online: Use The
Shopping Cart and secure order form. Include your valid Visa, MasterCard or
Discover credit card # and expiration date.
2. FAX: Use The Shopping Cart, create order, and then print and fax to (717)
697-3222.
3. Mail: Same as above but mail a copy of the order form along with
your Visa, MasterCard, check or money order to The Rosemary House.
4. Telephone: In the US & Canada you can call (717) 697-5111.
Please have your Order and Credit Card ready for our store clerk.
5. Email: We will accept email orders to TheRosemaryHouse@AOL.COM.
Cut and Paste the information from the shopping cart order form into the email
you are sending to us.
► RETURN POLICY
All returns
must be pre-approved. Shipping and handling charges will not be returned, buyer
pays shipping both ways.
► SHIPPING AND
HANDLING CHARGES
There is a shipping and handling fee added to each order. We try to ship the most
efficient shipper both in cost and delivery speed. We keep our handling fees to
the bare minimum! And we refund extra postage gladly!
Outside USA:
Shipping charges are estimated. Customer agrees to pay actual shipping charges
based on shipper chosen, delivery time required and weight and bulk of order.
Live Plant orders cannot be shipped outside the USA.
Payment
must be made with International Money Order or Credit Card.

WORKSHOP
REGISTRATION POLICY
General
Class Information:
All classes are highly informal; all classes have limited enrollment; all classes
start on time. Please bring paper and pencil for notes. Classes are either held
in our workshop at the rear of our gardens or in our tearoom Sweet Remembrances,
right next door to The Rosemary House. Thank you for helping us maintain a smoke
free environment in our herb shop, tearoom, workshop and bus tours.
Refund
Policy:
YOUR PAYMENT IS YOUR RESERVATION!! Class size is limited so we must require payment
in full when you register. You may register in the store, by email, by mail, or
over the phone (with a credit card). If you withdraw 10 days prior to the event,
payment may be transferred to another event. If you cancel within 10 days, you
can send a substitute or request the handouts. We regret no refund or credit if
you cancel less than 10 days before the class.
Registration:
You may register by email, phone, fax or mail (any sheet of paper will do). What
ever method you chose when registering, please include, your name, address, phone
number, number in party as well as the class(s) you are registering for, their
dates and times and payment. If you are paying by credit card (MasterCard, VISA,
OR Discover) please include your numbers and expiration date. Make checks payable
to and mail to: The Rosemary House. Fax your registration to 717-697-3222, email
TheRosemary House@aol.com, or simply
call (717) 697-5111 and we'll get all the information by phone.
